I Have to Have Pizza or I'll Explode!

YOU MUST HAVE PIZZA. BUT NOT TOO MUCH. OR... YOU WILL EXPLODE! 

Take a journey back to the magical 1980's where a young pizza and  video game loving boy sits in the Way, Way Back of his parents' station wagon on an annual summer trip to the Cape. Based on a true story, this game is an articulation of a funny childhood memory: when this young boy realized he wanted pizza, utilizing child-logic, shouted "I HAVE TO HAVE PIZZA OR I'LL EXPLODE!"

This game is a gamified realization of that funny childhood memory.

Eat pizza. If you don't, you WILL explode! But, if you eat TOO much pizza , you will explode also. Remember, stay in the green "Just right". Veer too much into the red (too much pizza, or too little) and YOU WILL EXPLODE! 

This game requires a healthy diet of pizza.

Avoid the Pizza Police that will spawn and chase you if you eat pizza.... AVOID the dreaded Pineapple Police if you are wild enough to have Pineapple Pizza...

Watch out! There are plenty of hot peppers and hot sauce lying around. If you eat them, your Scoville Meter will rise. Have enough hot sauce/hot pepper power-ups, you will get faster, and maybe even get to breathe some fire! (and steam will come out of your ears)

Don't forget: YOU CAN ALWAYS SELF-COMBUST by pressing the SPACE BAR.

And remember kids: I HAVE TO HAVE PIZZA, OR I'LL EXPLODE!!!
